• Bids are final and cannot be retracted. All Item is sold “as is, where is”.
• Make sure to read the full terms and conditions before bidding.
• Items must be paid in full within 7 days after winning the bid. Late fees will be applied after the due date.
• Trusted Auction has not inspected equipment beyond what’s stated.
• No warranties or guarantees about equipment's condition, compliance, or functionality.
• Buyers should inspect equipment thoroughly before bidding.
• Equipment is not tested under load or in all gears.

Pick-up

• Buyers cannot pick up equipment from the auction site until the invoice is fully paid.
• The driver must bring a copy of the fully paid invoice.
• Must need to show Proof of ID And sign the delivery document.
